Masala Chaas is a spiced, flavourd Indian butter milk,  perfect beverage for hot Summer.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fresh curds – 2 cups (whisk well)
To that add:
  • Roasted jeera powder – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli-ginger paste – ½ tsp
  • Black salt – ½ tsp
  • Salt
Temper with:
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds – a pinch
  • Hing
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Add Curd in a bowl.
  2. Add roasted jeera, green chilly and ginger paste, black salt to the curd.
  3. Heat a pan with oil and season with mustard, hing then add it to curd.
  4. Garnish with hopped coriander and serve chilled.
