Masala Chaas is a spiced, flavourd Indian butter milk, perfect beverage for hot Summer.
INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh curds – 2 cups (whisk well)
To that add:
- Roasted jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Green chilli-ginger paste – ½ tsp
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Salt
Temper with:
- Oil – 1 tsp
- mustard seeds – a pinch
- Hing
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Add Curd in a bowl.
- Add roasted jeera, green chilly and ginger paste, black salt to the curd.
- Heat a pan with oil and season with mustard, hing then add it to curd.
- Garnish with hopped coriander and serve chilled.
