Thandai, chilled delicacy of the North…and it a must recipe during Holi Festival.

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Khus khus – ¼ cup
  • Dry magaz – ½ cup
  • Saunf – 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Rose water – for flavour
  • Almonds – ¼ cup
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Grind all the ingredients finely with 1 cup of water.
  2. Pass through a muslin cloth.
  3. Add 1 litre of milk and ½ cup of powdered sugar.
  4. Serve chilled.
