INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 Strawberries
- 2 tablespoon Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoon Almond meal
- 3 tablespoon thick Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 glass Water
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Mix Strawberries, Almond meal, Oats and Yogurt and run it in a blender until it mixes well.
- If strawberries are not that sweet, add one teaspoon strawberry jam.
- Smoothie ready in a minute.
