INGREDIENTS:
  • 4-5 Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Almond meal
  • 3 tablespoon thick Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 glass Water
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Mix Strawberries, Almond meal, Oats and Yogurt and run it in a blender until it mixes well.
  2. If strawberries are not that sweet, add one teaspoon strawberry jam.
  3. Smoothie ready in a minute.
