Learn to make more healthier version of Sundal with Sprouts.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Moong sprouts – 1 cup
  • Tomatoes – 2, chopped
  • Green chillies – 2, slit into 2
  • Jeera powder – ½ tsp
  • Amchur powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
  2. Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
  3. Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel.
  4. As soon as it boils, drop the sprouts in water, switch off & cover the vessel.
  5. After 10 mts, drain & cool.
  6. Add all other ingredients & garnish with coriander leaves.
