INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted Gram dal-1 cup
- Sugar-1 cup
- Ghee-1/2 cup
- Cashewuts-a few
- Raisins-a few
- Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Grind roasted gram flour in a blender.Powder sugar too in the blender.
- Add both these in a wide vessel.
- Add cardamom powder.Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee and this to the powdered mixture.
- Add rest of the ghee and combine well.
- Make ladoos with this and serve.
- Maladoos are ready.
