 Polyphenols in green tea not only acts as a mood enhancer by producing dopamine but also protects the brain from the wear caused by the extra study hours.

10. Water

 A stressed body can get constipated. Water prevents that by helping with digestion. It also keeps the body temperature at check which tends to rise due to tension and exam stress.

This said, highest on the ‘to avoid’ list of exam foods are sugary food. Sugar tends give boost up the energy for a short period post which the body tends to become more tensed. This could be due to the presence of aspartame which gives the food sweetness artificially.
