Learn to Make Peanut Mango Sundal.

  • Peanut – 1 Cup
  • Raw Mango – 1 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard, Green Chillies and Curry leaves to season.
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to temper
  1. Cook the Peanuts with salt.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and season it with mustard, green chilies and curry leaves.
  3. Add the Peanut and stir well
  4. Add the grated coconut and saute until it coat all over.
  5. Switch off and add the finely chopped raw mango and mix it well.
