Thandai, chilled delicacy of the North…and it a must recipe during Holi Festival.
INGREDIENTS:
- Khus khus – ¼ cup
- Dry magaz – ½ cup
- Saunf – 2 tablespoon
- Pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon
- Rose water – for flavour
- Almonds – ¼ cup
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Grind all the ingredients finely with 1 cup of water.
- Pass through a muslin cloth.
- Add 1 litre of milk and ½ cup of powdered sugar.
- Serve chilled.
