Learn to make Masala Channa Sundal.


    Channa – 1 cup
    Coconut grated – 2 tbsp
    Urad dal – 2 tsp
    Jeera – 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Sambar Powder and Oil to temper.


    Soak Channa dal over night and pressure cook with salt until its cooked.

    Heat a pan and temper with Urad dal, Curry leaves, jeera and add the cooked Channa.

    Add the Sambar powder and saute well. Now add coconut.

    Once the raw masala smells goes, switch off and serve.
