Make healthy dosa in 30 minutes or less using Instant oats.
INGREDIENTS:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 1/4 cup heaped
- Rava -1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as required
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Dry roast oats till slight change in colour, cool down then powder it finely.
- Combine oats powder, rice flour, rava, salt and add enough water to make a thin batter.
- Add cumin seeds chopped coriander and onions (Optional).
- While adding water add ½ tsp methi/fenugreek powder to get pouring consistency.
- Make crispy dosas. Serve hot with chutney.
