Make healthy dosa in 30 minutes or less using Instant oats.

  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Rice flour – 1/4 cup heaped
  • Rava -1/4 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – as required
  1. Dry roast oats till slight change in colour, cool down then powder it finely.
  2. Combine oats powder, rice flour, rava, salt and add enough water to make a thin batter.
  3. Add cumin seeds chopped coriander and onions (Optional).
  4. While adding  water add ½ tsp methi/fenugreek powder to get pouring consistency.
  5. Make crispy dosas. Serve hot with chutney.
