INGREDIENTS:
  • Dates (pitted, I used medjool) – 10
  • Figs – 10
  • Walnuts – 1/2 Cup
  • Almonds – 1/2 Cup
  • Pistachios – 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
  • Coconut powder – 2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. For walnuts, almonds, pista, cashews – toast, cool and grind coarsely.
  2. Lightly toast the coconut powder.
  3. Chop figs and dates finely and warm them until soft and grind.
  4. Combine everything and mix well.
  5. Form into balls.
