INGREDIENTS:
- Dates (pitted, I used medjool) – 10
- Figs – 10
- Walnuts – 1/2 Cup
- Almonds – 1/2 Cup
- Pistachios – 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
- Coconut powder – 2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- For walnuts, almonds, pista, cashews – toast, cool and grind coarsely.
- Lightly toast the coconut powder.
- Chop figs and dates finely and warm them until soft and grind.
- Combine everything and mix well.
- Form into balls.
