You and Your Child

Instead of feeling depressed, enjoy the time that you spend with your child. While she sleeps and feeds most of the times, there will be moments when she would want to play with you. Use such time to bond with her. It will help you to stay sane as new mom too. For instance, by the time she is four months old she will begin wanting to explore colours and patterns and by eight months, her first words will begin to form.
