@ashneys and @Rakshini wanted congratulate missed it. ashney that is a lot. maintain before losing any.

snacks.. salted peanuts, popped jowar, popcorn, sweet potato sticks baked or even tapioca help.

good old days they would roast red moong, chawali and all drizzle some sat and chilli powder and eat. you cant eat too much but t gives a satiated feeling. i have discuseed this itch to snack and waht all will work for us.. chana the mahabaleshwar or regular is goof for us.
even try drying amla soaked in chilli amd salt and lemon juice. dry it well and chew on a couple..

keep at it. we did not pile the weight in a day or month so ive it time to lose

    Thanq Shanvy.

Ya am trying for that, there was a lot of travel this month, n am trying to stop any pile ons.. another week more for this month to end, trying to reach atleast half a decent goal.

I am noticing that kaala channa is aiding in weight loss as well, it fills you, nourishes you n still helps in losing weight. It's my recent favourite snack.

Am curious to try the amla recipe.

Try the Amla with salt and chilliEs. I even pickle beets, carrot radish Amla and ginger and eat out of the bottle.
Pickles - That Little Bit Of Heaven If You Are A Foodie..

The picture attachment don’t work anymore.
By drying you can store it for longer and enjoy.

Ginger juliennes are also dried in the same way and sold in nuts and spices stores.

Congrats but weight loss should not be about giving up food unless you cannot have it for a medical reason.

Enjoy the food you love in moderation, exercise too.

    Hi All,

Finally a slight dip in scale..I reached 72 now. Long way to go....
Diet part, I was on track till Last friday. It missed on Sat & Sunday

Sat - Had onion pakoda + cake (homemade)
Sunday - Had Bisebellabhat+ fries etc

Weekdays are easy for me on diet part. I dont get any time to think about food...;).
Actually weekends are a big challenge for me as I stay at home and easy access to all types of Food...In addition my H and daughter wants some special dishes and snacks during weekends due to which I prepare all special things for them...And I end up eating them...:(. How you ppl are managing to avoid them?

    Back on track from Today.
Started Yoga from last week and spending only 20-30 mins in a day and doing 15-20 sets of surya namaskar..Planning to increase atleast 45 mins in a day..Hope I can...
