    Thanks for nominating this poem. It is such a wonderfully penned poem. I agree with you when you say that she has captured feeling of fear very realistically.

    Thanks so much Viswa. Vani has expressed her feelings of loneliness so well that I am sure almost anyone could relate to it. For those of us who have led very protected lives where we have never been away from our loved ones, it can come as a shock but then it makes us stronger as we learn to enjoy our own company and as she puts it, helps us develop a detached attachment.

    Thanks a ton Amica for nominating jskls's poem. It seems to have resonated with a lot of readers. :)

    Thanks also for nominating Vijima's snippet "It is not how big the house is, it is how happy the home is". Vijima has the knack of writing straight from the heart and touching the hearts of all the readers. Totally agree with what she says and most of us who have lived in the 70s and 80s would still understand just what she means.
