Yoga for You - All about YOGA

I am very interested in learning yoga as i have big stomach. can anybody suggest a good yoga CD/DVD? i live in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

You can go for Baba Ramdev's yoga CD or Shilpa Shetty's yoga CD. best way to go online sites, search in google.........u wll find many more yogas asanas. No need to buy any.

Nice to hear this. I think first 3 months, you should avoid yoga and take necessary instructions from yoga instructor or can search on net.

I mean pranayama - to get rid of cold and improve blood circulation.
saravangasana - cures thyroid problem

Kindly post the benefits if you read from some books.Some are going to classes so ask your teacher and post it here.I am doing yoga but dont have a teacher.So i want to know this information.
