WLC 15th - 21st November Starts

    Hi shiva,

    I am not feeling well from last couple of days...so could not post my diet...even not eated properly....still today i just see my weight it is 77.5 kgs i e 500 gms loss....for this 2 days i wll try to loose more....still having lots of cough and cold....

    I have weighed mysef today..My weight now is 69.8 kgs.........I am still wondering i have entered 60's scale...

    Thank U all for the support and motivation and Vannu u have taken forward this challenge wonderfully, i could see u were very prompt in the responses and u were analysing the diet of each person and suggesting correction...:thumbsup.Gr8 wrk dear...Keep it up.......:cheers.

    Today's update:

    8:30 a.m : 1 cup tea
    10:00 a.m : 1 bowl oats + 1 Apple
    12:00 p.m : 1 guava
    12:30 p.m : 2 peanut chikkes + 1 kurmora laddo :bonk I should kill myself for this..I prepared this so thought of tasting and took 1 piece it was tasty and i ended up having 1 more..I am feeling guilty now.. but aim for lighter dinner.
    1:45 p.m Lunch: 2 MG rotis + 1 spoon methi sabji + 1 spoon cabbage sabji + 1 spoon boiled eggs + 1 bowl dal

    4:30 p.m : 1 cucumber salad
    5:30 p.m : 1 cup tea
    8:45 p.m : 1 bowl mentil soup

    Excercise:

    Could not do much today as my periods started went for 2 kms walk (30 min roughly) try to do some walking in evening..


    See U in the next wek challenge...Hope to shed few more grams next week..

    Hello Everyone,

    Hope everyone is doing good!

    Today morning I took my weight. It showed 61.2 kgs. I was damn happy to see the figure on my weighing scale. I just had healthy food this week and did some basic exercise for last 2 days. But inches wise I have not lost much. Actually most of my excess weight is concentrated on my lower abs and thighs. Will start my workout from tomorrow.

    I bought dalia from Baba Ramdev centre. Its a mixture of wheat,rice,bajra, ajwain,split green moong dal and white til . I prepared it in 1 tsp of ghee with lots of veggies and added 2 tsps on MDH Pav Bhaji masala and squeezed in 1/2 a lemon. It tasted yummmm with curd. My FIL liked it a lot.

    Am planning to have it today also for dinner. Hopefully I will eat dalia for my dinner on weekends coz weekdays I have 1 roti with whatever dal and sabzi my MIL cooks. :)

    @Prema- Take care of your health dear and be happy for 500 gm loss :))

    @Supreep - Good show. I am gonna try the daliya that way too. I like ramdev baba's daliya as it has everything and tastes damn good too.

    hello shiva,

    I could not update myself here.

    Diet was good. But I got my period on friday. So no heavy exercise for three days. On friday walked for 30 mins in evening. Saturday no exercise.
    Today also no exercise. But planning to do today 2 miles walk with low intensity.

    bf-2 idiayappam(spring hoppper) with little coconut milk nd 1 cup coffee+1 egg

    lunch-2 roti+2 small pieces of kebab nd some chicken curry+1 glass lemonade

    evening-1 cup tea +a veg sandwich

    snack-fruits nd a glass of buttermilk

    dinner-soup.

    lunch-rice+ashgourd curry+brinjal rounds.

    evening-tea nd 2 mammose

    snack-fruits nd buttermilk

    dinner-cabbage salad nd a piece of grilled chicken

    WLC Day-7 Update

    Exercise - a 2 hrs Jazz dance class...:)

    Water - Again a poor intake

    Diet -
    Breakfast: 1 Paneer sandwich

    Lunch: 1 roti with 2 bowls of Paneer & Peas curry (Paneer was home made with double toned milk)

    Dinner: Disaster- I had 1 full plate of Veg Momos, which had around 10 pieces of momos. Momos are made of Maida and having maida at night. What worse I could have done to myself. I also had a banana.

    I wanted to eat a light dinner as tomorrow is the final weigh in of this challenge. And this momo dinner has spoiled everything.

    I will do a weigh in tomorrow early morning and will update about my success in this challenge.

    Hi Shiva and aashimom,
    I weighed myself today day -7 morning and I am 151.6/68.7 so I lost about 1 kg :thumbsupthis week. I am happy that I lost weight after eating all the food yesterday at the birthday party and thanksgiving party. I tried to eat everything in moderation, one spoon each so that I dont crave for the taste but controlling myself.
    This gives me confidence that if I control myself from over eating I could still lose weight while eating what I like in moderation and do not feel completely deprived.
    I am ready to dance and lose weight with the next WL challenge.
