    Hi Shiva,

For the heavy dinner, I am completely responsible. I had 1 sandwich of aalu gobhi. Could not resist myself and made another one and ate, thinking that I am making it without oil. But in my greed to have another one, I completely ignore the fact that 4 breads means a more than required intake of carbohydrates.

I am very upset today Shiva.
I told you my starting weight of this challenge was 64 kgs and then I reduced 0.5 kg at the end of third day i.e. 63.5 kg. I was supposed to check my weight on 22nd morning. But I was not able to control myself and found that my weight is 64 again. These two sanwiches can actually make so much of difference, I wonder. Because, from the time I have strated this challenge, I have never gone wrong with the diet.

Ya, I admit. I havent exercised muc. I exercised just two days.

But this scale has really disappointed me. If it remains the same after 21st, it will mean that I havent lost anything in this challenge.

    :( .....

    Thanks,
    Ankita..

    Dear Ankita,

You should remember the fact that the weight dipped. Usually, there is an increase in weight after a heavy dinner because lots of carbs lead to bloating and also because there is still something in your intestine. Why don't you just make it a habit to walk 5 days a week and eat healthy. You weight is bound to fall.

If you like aloo gobhi sandwich then eat in morning. Thats the best time to have carbs.

Remember, being upset will give you nothing. Its not a degree exam that you failed, all you have to do is eat light today and then measure your weight tomorrow.

    Have a great day ahead.

    regards

    Dear Shiva,
I am almost following the below diet plan(I am changing the type of fruits and vegetables daily).

    ----------------------------
Morning - Green tea+3 slices breadMid Morning - One medium sized guava.
Lunch - 1 medium bowl of carrot, cabbage and capsicum steamed(not fully cooked) and tossed with salt, pepper powder and half teaspoon of mayonnaise
half cup rice(cooked) and 1 medium bowl of dhal - In short royal lunch
Mid afternoon - handful of roasted chanas
    Dinner - 2 rotis before 7:30
I have 2 small guavas to munch, in case if I feel hungry post lunch.:bonk
    Bedtime @ 10:30
I am going to make sure to drink min 4 litres of water today.
Morning I did situps, squats and twisting the hip- all 15 mins (no time to do more:hide:)
    ---------------------------------

I recorded my starting weight as 80( I took in a medical shop near my home)... I was puzzled to see 76(in my office) this thursday. I took weight in the office machine on 21st Oct(for obesity camp) and it was 78. I am confused to the core. All together I am feeling happy to loose 2 kgs in this 1 month. I guess that 80kg machine should be wrong.

After I started follwing diet(actually its proper eating) I am able to sense light feeling. Usually I used to feel like I am pulling weight while walking or standing. My chudidhars' arms have become 1/2 inch loose. I am able to see visible difference. Thank you so much Shiva for starting this challenge. Also thanks to Vannu. I started this diet change only from Wednesday. From Monday I am also going to dance away my pounds :)

Fixed Monday as my weight watch day. Overall I am feeling very happy.

    Dear Anuram,

Good work. Its best to get your own personal weighing scale so that you can weigh regularly. The changes have already started showing in you so awesome work. Keep it up.
If possible start with regular walking.

    Have a great day ahead.

    regards
