will i come back in shape after delivery of my second baby?

    hi friends i m now 77 kg and before conceiving i was 64 (it is my normal weight i m 5 6").will u pliz advice me what to eat and what to do after delivery so that i may get in shape again. its 3 months now since i delivered my baby. i drank a lot of water after delivery is this the reason that my tummy is not reducing? as some old ladies say one mustn't drink water after delivery it makes your body swollen. is this true? i also has back ache and cervical pain after delivery will it be cured automatically? also advice should i eat 'panjiri' or not?:drowning:hiya

    hi shallykhangura,

    i'm also a postpartum lady with 4 mon old baby.even our side also elders doesn't allow to drink more water. but i drank more water. it helps to take off all waste from body.
    u need to take more protien food than calory filled stuff. deffinitely u can down ur weight. i'm doin regular walk wich helped to comeout of my back pain n shed some weight.where postpartum belt regularly it really works.
    now i can try my before pregnancy dresses. i'm happy to say it.
