weightloss friends group 2015

    Hi friends,

    What is ur all suggestion about Yoga...how good is it in weightloss....I browsed and found that doing 1 set of Surya namaskar would burn 10 calories,,,,is it really true...Thursday I did 10 sets so I burn 100 calories...today I did 12 so 120....is it so....someone please advice...thinkingsmiley

    Now, I am not check my weight.
    Bought one dress..
    15 days once I trying to fit that dress.
    Still trying to wear that one.

    Don't check weight.
    May be it is muscle weight.

    Sorry, I did that mistake... ( I typed mistake Didn't)

    Last time I checked my weight 77 - 80 Kilo.
    I think..

    Afterwards, I am not check.
    Just concentrating every day activity also watching dress sizes.

    Do it consistently.

    4 Hide n seek biscuit
