    em - 1 cup sl tea
    bf- 2 dosa with coconut chutney
    mm- 1/2 sl tea
    lunch- 2 buck wheat roti, carrot - moong poriyal, carrot skin- mint chutney, Greek yogurt, cucumber -apple salad
    eve- 400 ml green tea
    night-2 dosa, tomato bhaji
    bb-1/2 cup milk with dates


    one hr walk in the park
    10 situps
    10 squats, 10 lunges with 5 lbs weights.

    1 tbsp methi seeds + 1 glass water
    1 cup oats porridge + 1 bowl yoghurt
    1 apple
    2 chapaties + french bean curry
    1 cup neem tea
    2 chapaties + turia curry + salad + buttermilk
    1 tbsp methi + water

    29/7/14

    1 tbsp methi + water
    oats porridge + yoghurt
    1 cup tomato soup + 1 bowl steamed veges ( day out with daughter at java )
    1 cup boiled peanuts + 1 cup green tea
    2 chapaties + tindora curry + salad + buttermilk + 1 small bowl carrot halwa
    1 tbsp methi seeds + water

    work out same

    update for 30th july

    breakfast: 2 ragi thosai with sambar (no tea :banana)
    lunch: 2 ragi thosai with sambar and cucumber raita
    snack: one small oats biscuit and one cup of soya bean milk
    dinner: half plate of fried noodles (shared with my friend)

    workouts:
    30 mins gym:
    20 on cross trainer burnt 270 calories at 2.8 miles
    standing biceps curls X 20 with 5 lbs weight
    lunges with weight X 10
    10 X situps

    My thighs are super sore after doing squats on Monday. I think squats n lunges are NOT for me shakehead. Firstly, its difficult for me to do, secondly I get sore for the whole week spoiling my regular cardio workouts. But, I'm happy about losing some weight this week :clap.

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (without sugar) & 2 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few strawberries, added few pomegranate seeds today. No sugar or milk added)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, cauliflower curry, peas, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Snack - 1 cucumber
    Dinner - 3 small dosa prepared with little oil & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp sugar)

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - nil (as my thighs were super sore after squats)
    Normal walk (mild walking) - 40 mins

    Wt update:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 30 - 152.2 lbs:party(I pat myself)
    My weight is fluctuating between 152 lbs and 151.8 lbs (lowest).

    Aug month challenges:
    - Gym (4 days), normal walk (2 days) and 1 day rest
    - Burn min 300 calories on treadmill and 100 calories on Elliptical
    - Floor exercise (arm workouts)
    - No squats as i'm sore for a week

    Mahe, :) haha ... i think good old fashioned Computer Typing is any day better than iphones and ipads for typing :) I too find it very difficult to type thru these, so I understand :)

    Hi Anitha, congrats on your weight loss :)

    My update:

    Mor - 1 cup milk with palm jaggery. BF - 1 cup spaghetti with veggies.

    MM - 1 cup earl grey tea (no sugar no milk).

    Lunch - Team Lunch - salad, palak paneer, chettinad veg curry, mint yogurt chutney, 2 pieces of seasame gobi (deep fried), 1 piece naan, veg biriyani, 2 gulab jaamuns, 1 mango lassi.... gosh!! it seems so much after listing it out.... but on the plate everything (except gulab jaamuns and lassi) fit well without overlapping each other as I took care to take only 1-2 tbsp of each item except salad of which I took a generous portion.

    Din - 2 raagi idlis with keerai and sambar.

    Workout: Nil
