    count me in too. I started in august 2013 but could lose only 10 lb. Hope to lose all weight this year.

    Hello Ladies,
    I want to start my weight loss journey for this year by joining you lovely ladies here. Its been a year since I had my 2nd DD. I got inspired after reading about your experiences. Hoping to be motivated and stay committed and achieve my goal.
    Current Weight 76 Kgs
    Goal Weight 56 Kgs.
    I have lost weight before , nearly 10-15 kgs in the past, but always some thing or the other crops up and I pile on the kgs. Hope I can loose the weight and keep it off this time.

    EM water, 1/2 cup sugarless lf tea with 2 digestive biscuit
    BF 1 cup wheat upma , coconut chutney, 1/2 cup sugarless lf tea
    MM sugarless lf tea, 2 rusk
    lunch 1 pulka with ridge gourd dal, yam roast, Amla raita
    MA green tea
    Eve pappaya, sugarless lf tea
    snack two digestive biscuit
    din 1 pukka rolled with radish and carrot curry, black Mysore dal

    workouts
    -----------

    3 miles LS walk
    30 min spot jogging
    liq 2.5 lt
