    Hi Melon,

    No i haven't tried GM diet before. One of my friend did it recently and she reduced 2 kg and maintaining it. So thought of giving it a try..But i have modified it to suit me. Expecting 1 to 1.5kg this week. Lets see.

    18/03 Updates

    Lime honey water
    BF: Soup
    LU: 1 apple + 1 orange
    SN: 1 orange + Grapes + tea
    DI: Soup

    5 lt water
    45 mins yoga.

    Hi Gals, sorry for not updating my diet plan.... I got my P and had been very weak this time also my baby having loose motion so you can imagine.... it's so stressful ....no proper diet as per the week 2 challenge and also I had ice cream and bhajia today ... :(

    Hope from 2morow I'll b regular again......

    did u had c-section... I get painful p too since my c-section.. Is urn lo teething? He must b picking up thinking and taking them to his mouth:)

    My lo has got 1 teeth and second one on its way:)... He sometimes gets hyper.. Scratches his ears... Bites everything he gets in hand.. I put him teething gel and he calms down..

    Don't worry he will b fine....enjoy ur days in India...

    I am feeling better today .will start proper diet n exercise from tomorrow..will update my weight tomorrow as well..melon i will join you in 3 months challenge also...

    Early morning 500ml warm water

    bf wheat bread sandwich with lf feta cheese 1 tsp + sprouts and veggies

    mm - banana

    lunch - 2 phulka+ chicken methi - low cal

    evening - 1 baby finger biscuit and buttermilk

    dinner - 1 whole wheat sandwich with chicken vegg filling + oats soup

    Before bed 1 cup lf milk with 1 tsp health mix

    water 4 litres warm

    walking 30 mins
    100 sidebends
    100 twisters
    100 arm stretching
    5 arm exercise 20 counts each....

    extras - 1 spoon ice cream from daughters bowl - just to satisfy my tongue... So that i don't endup eating more...:)

    Good point- hubby brought SamoSa today... I said no for it:)

    Hi Friends,

    March 18 updates:
    ---------------------
    400ml warm water on empty stomach
    400ml warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: Lemon oats with buttermilk
    MM: kiwi+plum+banana smoothie
    lunch: 1 chapathi with sweet potato-eggplant stew
    MA: green tea
    Dinner: lentil soup and buttermilk
    1 glass warm water before bed

    water: 2.5 lts warm water thru out the day

    workout:
    ------------
    3miles LS walk for 45mins

    got 6 points today...

    For week-2 i got 23 points
