    i hv joined aerobics for last three months but i didnt reduce ..........but i lost sm inches ............is it fine???

    Glad you liked the exercise ideas.

    One abdominal exercise that you can do while watching Tv is to move your upper body, forward and backward. Its called as sitting sit ups. The movement is like sit ups but instead of lying down you have to sit and do it. It works great for upper abdominal muscles.

    Thanks for liking the post. For chest, you can take dumbles in your hands and open your arms wide and the birng them toghether in front of you. This works great for chest.

    Hi Shiva

    I underwent a phase of weight loss after my marriage cos my hubby was gym freek and we had enough fun but now after baby from 85kg after birth i have struggled to reduce to 68kgs but still 10kgs more to go for my ideal weight. My upper body has reduced almost but for my tummy ,lower back and thighs , it is a real struggle and i try to work on elliptical trainer with little one around. I feel more guilty to leave her alone and train or she plays on me when i exercise which distracts me . Do you have any suggestion as to how to workout with little one around

    Dear Sumaticg,

    You can exercise when she is asleep or when your husband take care of her. If your baby is old enough to watch cartoons then maybe you can let her watch a movie while you exercise.
