    hi alpha,

    but i'm always feeling thirsty alpha.. so i always have a water bottle & drink atleast 4-5 litres per day..
    donno how to reduce it??? suggest me wat to take instead of water, when i'm feeling thirsty..
    also,is this the reason for no change in my weight?????pls clarify.

    i saw th post and found dat there r many of ppls lik me tryin to loose weight jus lik me... i too wants to throw away 15kg ....tried many ways...any experienced methods do post up....

    herd kalonji oil is best for weight loss ...

    Hi Friends,

    My update:

    early mng : around 2 litres of hot water + methi seeds
    mng : whole bran bread sandwich
    mid mng: 1 orange
    lunch : 2 moong dhall dosa+ steamed veg
    evening : pistachios+ digestive biscuits
    dinner : soup + afterr 30 min milk
    water : 4.5 litres

    Exercise:

    3 mile leslie walking in the evening
    30 min elliptical trainer..
