    Dear Sadhu,
    please never feel demotivated, i gain and loose weight like two weeks back i lost weight but last week i had a guest and BF and i were taking him out everydayfor dinner and you have to give company though i was eating light food no chips but still i felt heavy but my bf motivates me he tells me train hard at the gym and i do it now the week has started i will go back to my normal routine and i shall be ok, so be focused, my trainier told me i shall see a change in my body after 3 month not immediately so be patient and concentrate hard on loosing weight.
    so my dear join the gym talk to your instructor tell him that yo uwant to loose weight and tone your body so he should help you with a program and give you full attention and you shall pay him something extra.

    welcome to this thread.
    First you cannot reduce tummy own its own you needto exericse your entire body and then only your tummy will go in, can you join a gym if you can do aerobics everyday whereby they combine it iwth aerobics, tummy exercises and stretching. it is for an hour you have to do daily,
    if you cannot join the gym do brisk walking everyday day then gradually start jogging do it for an hour, do yoga as well as it helps you to reduce your wieght
    now now have idlis, dosa and rice at night:rant not good you will put on more weight, start having soups at night home made presuure cook veigetalbes the liquidize and strain and boil them add salt and pepper and have it or have a bowl of papaya at night it will help you for your weight loss.
    follw the way the others hve posted their diets here and you do the same and post htem here so we ca nsee and guide you, in your diet include lots of salad and fruits avoid mangoes, chiku and bananas.
    drink at least 2 litres of hot water everyday.

    Hi All,

    Hope everyone are doing good and going well with their diet plan.

    During weekend my diet was good like regular weekdays..but I couldn't do my workout..as I need to take care of LO but had enough household stuff to do..

    So was in good state but spoiled today..

    Didn't get my lunch from home..

    9:00 - K cereal with skim milk
    12:30 - Chicken wrap with corn,black bean n tomaotes - had only half
    3:00 - 2 small carrots n some grapes
    4:00 - after eating grapes I'm still hungry and I don't have anything to eat with me..so stpped out n bought cake..which too sugary..just had two little bites from it..so please excuse for once..after eating I feel like I had made a big mistake
    6:00 - cooked moong with cracked wheat

    No exercise today, will try to make it from tomorrow.:hide:

    Dear Ladies,

    My Saturday's diet went for a toss and on Sunday i was fasting (Shasti Viratam).

    Chart for Monday 29th June 2009

    6.00 : 4 glasses of water
    7.45 : 3 Dosas with coconut chutney
    12:20 : 2 Phulkas with beet root & greens, curd
    2.00 : small piece of choco bar
    3.30 : 1 cup Red Guava juice
    5.30 : Green Tea
    7.45 : 2 Phulkas with Drumstick sambar + 4 spoons of rice

    4 lts of water

    No exercise as having periods.

    My Diet Plan

    Sorry buddies haven’t really started my weight loss journey yet, I will start it tomorrow (1st July). I currently weigh 80kg and I am 163cm tall. My goal is to be 55kg, so I need to loose 25kg (55lbs).
    This is my DIET PLAN that I aim to follow.
    Early morning: Lemon juice in hot water (1 glass) + 1 tblspn fenugreek seeds
    Breakfast: Oats (1 cup) OR 2 weetbix (or wholegrain cereal) in no fat milk OR 2 whole grain toast with cottage cheese ; with 1 serving of fruit
    After Breakfast: Green tea (1 cup)
    Mid-morning Snack: 1 tub yougurt
    Lunch: Salad (green leaves, tomatoes and a source of protein)
    Afternoon-snack : Veggies (carrot and cucumber slices)
    Afternoon: Green tea (1 cup)
    Dinner (before 6): Steamed/ baked veggies (somtimes with baked chicken/fish)
    WATER: 2-3L of mostly hot water

    My EXCERCISE plan right now is
    Early morning on empty stomach
    Yoga: Baba ramdev’s yoga routine, I got it from this link YouTube - Baba Ramdev -Yoga for Obesity (English) (1 hour)
    Cardio: 20 mins workouts from this link Free Workout Routines(a different video each day)
    Evening excercise

    My MOTIVATION
    - Posting my daily plan here and getting feedback, and motivating others
    - My goals are to reduce 1kg a week so I want to loose all my weight in 25 weeks that is by 23rd December.

    Hello friends,
    Hope all had a good weekend. For me saturday was ok, Sunday had a afternoon party where they didnt have any healthy choices, so I was eating all the junk food there.

    My weight is coming off but very slowly so I decided to try something new this week. From monday to thursday I will be doing GM diet with some chicken for protein. Then the remaining 3 days I will be doing like before, more veggies/fruits . What do you all think? I hope to lose 3 lbs per week by this .

    PM, your diet chart look good, I know its hard to resist cravings , but good that you stopped at 2 pieces. Maybe you can keep some unsalted peanuts or some other nuts and have 1 or 2 handfuls when you feel hungry. Even I often feel tempted by the vending machine at work, so nowdays I avoid that area altogether.

    Dont get demotivated dear. Just think about the reason why you want to lose weight and keep that in your mind. Reward yourself whenever you are bale to stick to the diet. Reward means something non-food related.Like a movie or something you like.

    5:30 2 glasses of warm water

    7:00 grapes

    8.30 few pieces of cantalope

    11.00 onion tomato soup with chicken

    1.00 cantalope

    5:00 1/2orange

    6:00 1/2 orange and grapefruit

    7:00 11.00 onion tomato soup with chicken


    water -about 3 litres

    exercise - 1/2 hr workout dvd and 1/2 hr walking
