    Hi..Hi..Re: Weight Loss Buddies for 2012

    Hi ladies...
    Count me also... I got engaged and my marriage fixed on april I need to reduce atleast 5-6kg by april.
    Current weight: 67.5kg with food height:5 ft 2 in
    Target : 60kg.
    Please share your food plans and also need your encouragement.
    I need to travel 2hrs to reach office I dont have time for exercise. I can get time only weekend please tell me how can I utilized the weekend for workouts.

    Counte me too in this journey of weight loss. My weight is 98 Kgs ( Before 6 months) I will check my current weight & update. the target weight is 70-75 kgs

    Yesterday the diet went on well till evening but night food was heavy I failed.

    Coffe with sugar in the morn

    Bf Maggi(I have to change that)

    Green tea as snack

    Lunch sandwich and fruits

    Snacks pop corn + Milk

    Dinner Soup+1/2 veg noodles+coffee[Veg noodles was full of oil since I ha it from outside]+ paneer manjoorian(3 pieces)

    Previously i used to drink 3 coffee a day.Trying to reduce that first.Then trying to avoid heavy dinner.One more thing to avoid is reducing the usage of Maggi.

    No workouts.Have to start it by today eve.

    from yesday i am on low carb diet
    no rice and no chapati
    only fruits veggies, milk and also nuts

    my diet goes like this
    6.30am 2 glass of water
    7.00am 1 cup milk with cornflakes
    8.30 am tea with sugar and milk
    10.30 2 marie biscutes n gree tea
    12.30 salads and soup
    3.00 gree tea
    6.00 green gram dosa/ pesarattu
    8.00 a glass of milk and an apple

    exercise 3 rounds of suryanamaskara
    15x3 abs crunches
    and some warmup exercise

    Hi Sonika, Its the Brown colored Rava/Sooji you get in supermarkets. It is not refined like our normal sooji and so is full of fibre

    WOW ladies I didn't expect this much members to join so quickly but the question is who will stay committed? Everyone can you please log in daily and tell us what you ate and exercised. The key is not to have a perfect day because we are humans we have to slowly make the changes so even if you ate all the fattiest foods and didn't do any exercise still log in an post it, its about being committed and slowly getting there. Don;t worry we are all here with you and we are all going to do it together.

    2012 is our year and at the end of the year we are all going to come out as healthy ladies !
