    Try to relax for few days.
    Try to skip planks ex and see if pain still there or goes away.
    Same with my hubby too, whenever I say this or that is paining, he will immediately say - gym cut. Due to ex if my ab pains, he'll immediately get scared and say stop dieting, your health is important for me and all dialogues ;)

    So, I would say your DH is concerned about your health.

    Our husbands are more concerned our health than us. ....he he he....today no diet. Still pain is there. He is not allowing me to walk too.so boring sitting in home.

    this morning i had gain of .3oz which i think happened due to the late meal i ate. but today i feel great about the food i ate. lots of veggies and fruits. lets see how the results turn out for me tomorrow on the scale.

    5.50 am. Wake up
    6.15 am. 1 mug warm wAter
    8.30 am. Oats
    12.30 pm. Rice with moor kulambu and omelette
    5 pm. Tea with mixer
    7.30 pm. 1/2 parota with Chana masala
    8.30 pm. 1 glass watermelon juice without sugar

    15 squat
    30 ab crunch
    100 air biking
    Modern mom plank
    Modern mom hip exercise

    Since I did not work out yesterday, planning to do JM tonight (may be late night) . I am posting this because, I should not go to bed right after from college. I thought to give rest today, but yesterday itself my body asked for it. so, today is working day for my body. see u all later, bye.

    Hi all, I haven't been able to update daily - because i can only view on my phone and internet is down for a few days, I will be back to updating on Monday. My eating and exercising have been the same but i am slowly eliminating junk food.

    @Kirthi: it might be due to gas...try taking some antacid... and yes if it's increasing due to a particular exercise then stop doing it immediately...

    I used to do a yoga pose some time back and I always used to have this pain in one of the knees while doing it..I kept ignoring it thinking that it will go away with time...but slowly it increased so much that I had to get my X-ray and all done...I couldn't sit/walk properly... I had strained my knee ligament and it took 2 months of physiotherapy to gain back the strength in my knee...I never did that aasan again...so one has to be really careful while doing these exercises...if something bothers you...stop immediately... that would be my advice...

    18th September Update... I'm much better today...

    Mrng: Chai + 1 biscuit
    10 AM: 1 banana
    Lunch: rice with yogurt
    Eve: 1 plum...and had a small besan barfi too...was making it so tasted...haha..yumm!
    Dinner: 1 roti with potato capsicum sabji

    No exercise...

    I think I will start my workout from tomorrow...it has been a week now..
