    Ladies,

    My food routine for today:

    wake up - 1 small cup cofee
    9.30am - bread toast with pudina chutney(my favo combination):)
    lunch - 3 roti, cauliflower curry
    dinner - 1 roti, 2 dosa with above curry followed by banana milkshake

    No ex today. Yesterday, when I did ex, I experienced slight lower ab pain so hubby said no gym for 1-2 days.

    I love eating dinner at saravana bhavan restaurant. Perfect south indian food. Love it!!
    Variety of dosa's & idlies you'll get it there..

    Ahhh, wt loss thread & dosa varieties, agreed.. no talk about food in this wt loss thread na?? !!!!!!hhahhaha

    kirti measure your weight at the same time.... there will be a difference in your mrng weight and evening weight...it can vary up to 1 -1.5 kg...so don't worry...always weight yourself at the same time..in the morning empty stomach

    Agreed.
    Whenever I ex after a small or long gap, I always get pain in the thighs area. It always happens. Pain was severe for 2 days. Today, it is gone completely. Planning to start my ex again on sunday. Lets see if i can go on sunday else on monday.

    10pm - dosa with 1 egg

    30min walk

    Aug 17:
    9am: milk + bournvita
    12.30pm: roti+tindora curry
    2.30pm: milk + horlicks, tortilla chips (10)
    6pm: honey dew,half corn on the cob
    10pm: semiya upma

    Generally I used to note my weight every Mrg in empty stomach.but today I had utthappam,so I thought of weighing myself.today Mrg I was 59.5 and now 61.5 kg .....1.5 kg in one day...that's y I worried.

    Dear friends,
    My update for today:

    ragi porridge with milk and jaggery,papaya
    apple and peanut bbutter
    wheat rava, sambar,cabbage curry,yogurt
    tea, 1 bread slice with veggis and cheese toppings(oven broiled) ( snack for kids)
    apple
    1 oothappam ( today I mixed chopped onions,cashews, corriander leaves, curry leaves, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, green chillies, little dosa podi in the batter and prepared the oothappam) ( I dont know why, these 2 pages in this thread is flovoured with oothappams !!! ) , corn spring onion soup.

    mor- 20 min floor workout.
    very tired in the evening. did not do any work outs.
