    hello friends
    i hope everybody is doing great. I am a newbie, just logged in after a long time. Is there a thread to introduce ourselves here?

    my name is radhika and i am a gultton :(. i cannot stop eating. i love food! I eat so much junk and sweets... i got married last year and i was 65 kilos at that time. Now I am 75 kilos! I am desperate to find good diet buddies here.

    My first wedding anniversary is coming up in exactly 100 days, and I want to loose weight before that. I have already joined aerobics class in mornings and walking club in the evenings. One yoga teacher is also coming home every alternate day.

    But we all know mere exercise is not enough, it should be paired with good, healthy diet.

    I thought I will start a diet regime as follows:

    -----------------------

    Month 1: Dr. Joshi's diet, i.e., eggs, lean chicken and fish allowed, along with specific vegetarian food (you can read about it here - The Joshi Detox Diet | LIVESTRONG.COM)

    Month 2: Only specific vegetarian food (like Dr. Joshi's diet but no meat at all)

    Month 3: Only vegan food (no meat or dairy products)

    Last 10 days - A mix of raw food and fresh juices (like a detox diet)

    Will this plan work? Can anybody join me in this... it will be great to have a fitness partner!

    Last summer I reached my pre pregnancy weight.that is when my son is 1 1/2 yr old but in winter I had lots of potluck ,outside food...so I gained 2 1/2 kg.now in this 1 1/2 month ,I reached back to 58 kg.during delivery my weight is 78 kg...lol...

    Hi frds,
    In this week I gained .4 kg after start doing exercise.i have work hard at least to reach losing 1kg this month.how many days in a week,do u ladies workout ??? I am worried if again I do excessive workout again p***** will get delay.shall I do LS walk at home 3 miles for 45 minutes and ab workout 15 min for 4 days and only ab exercise remaining 3 days.

    Hi alpha,sorry I could not post my diet for yesterday.The diet was pretty bad. I'm not feeling hungry and end up not eating literally anything more than a bowl of rice and a coffee on some days:spin. As a result,my sotmach has just blown up due to gas.:drowning Can someone tell me any methods to get back my hunger?And is it okay if i substitute oats with corn flakes?I dun like oats.:hide:

    :notthatway:I dun knw wat hp..they told me to enter my current weight,my targeted weight n sumthn else(i thot i had to enter my weight before i started gaining weight).So 11 kgs is the weight i gained but I want to reduce only 9 kgs.:idontgetit:I know the ticker luks stupid. :) The thing is I havnt lost ne of my extra weight yet.:shhh::)

    I think you gave start weight incorrect,just give both current weight n start weight same.then give target weight.you will get correct ticker....
