    Back with a bang :)


    May 28:


    Food: No junk
    Ex:
    treadmill inclined walking - 55 mins - 253 calories
    stepper - 50 calories
    floor ex - squats, lunges and hip ex


    So, 1 hour gym and 30 mins floor ex today..


    Since am breast feeding mom, I get too hunger and trying to control it by having more fruits.. Will need to work on that to keep up with this food control ..




    I sweated a lot today .. After 10 months lol .. Good sign !

    Started stair climbing ( 20 steps - 1 step at a time )
    then went to play Ball game with neighbors kid
    Then again did Started stair climbing ( 20 steps - 1 step at a time )
    next Started stair climbing ( 20 steps - 2 step at a time )
    next Started stair climbing (1 20 steps - 2 step at a time )
    next Started stair climbing ( 20 steps - 3 step at a time ) --- This was the hardest among all

    Hi SGA,

    I will be posting here approximately for a month to tone up my abs. I shall be eating oats for breakfast and light dinner but will stick to good lunch as I need energy throughout the day.

    Today started with one hour aerobics class and had soups and apple for dinner. I had heavy lunch.

    Please check on me once in a while to keep me in track. Im gearing up for summer !

    Jogging or brisk walking on treadmill which one is mpre beneficial..plz guide ... coz i am hving a treadmill at my home and a stationary excercising bike also....
