    buds sga you are really motivating for us .... keep up your good work more challenges good for us ...



    i lost 22.5kg and gained 6 kgs on the visit to india too much pampering for 2 months ...now lost the weight gained from feb and back on track to lose another 8 kgs .... but mainly focusing on lower body because of my baby pooch and waist line reduction ... iam on strict regime from May 1st - 31st ...
