    I believe that by loving yourself you can achieve anything anytime - even weight loss.
    After the new year eve challenge, where I had reached my goal with many supporters and buddies, took a break and now on a new challenge
    Taking this 40 days challenge and to track the routine
    • Workout weekly 5 days
    • Healthy eating
    • Drink 2.5 litres water
    • One cheat day
    • Weekly once weight measurement

    08.01.
    Breakfast- Tea and Rava upma
    Snack - orange juice
    Lunch- soup with brocolli and cauliflower
    Snack- pomegranate
    Dinner- 3 adai dosa with tea
    Workout- swimming 30 mins
    09.01.
    Breakfast - tea and adai dosa
    Lunch- sweet potato
    Snack- lychee and 1/2 croissant , nuts
    Dinner- 3 idly and sambar and tea
    1 hour workout

    Snavk - cookie
    Dinnet- dosa sambar and tea

    Lunch- avaraka and 2 spoon rice
    Snack- orange and sundal
    Dinner- 2 chapathi and channa gravy tea
    Workout- 1 hour

    Breakfast- chapathi, channa and tea
    Lunch- beetroot and curd rice
    Snack- muffin and ice cream
    Dinner- 2 chapathi and channa gravy
    Workout- 1 hour and walking 30 mind

    13.01.
    Breakfast- 2 chapathi channa and tea
    Snack- banana
    Lunch- bitterguard poriyal, beetroot and sweet potato

    Dinner- 1 homemade pizza
    Workout - 1 hour

    14.01.
    Breakfast- wheat puttu and sundal
    Lunch- rice rasam and Brussel sprouts poriyal
    Snack- tea and sweet
    Dinner - dosa and rasam
    No workout. Cleaning home

    15.01.
    Breakfast- wheat puttu
    Snack- pineapple
    Lunch- pongal, sweet pongal, sambar and vada and coffee ( was a feast)
    Dinner- remaining from lunch. But less quantity

    16.01
    Breakfast- sesame bread, chia seed lemon juice
    Snack- peanut
    Lunch- 2 spoon dhal rice and sweet potato
    Snack- 1 chocolate
    Dinner- tea, idly, sambar, chutney and mixture
    Workout - 1 hour

    Unfortunately was sick and couldn't continue the normal lifestyle. Trying to recover and hoping to get better soon. Thank you for the support Indusladies.
