Starting a new thread since I could not find another thread on this. Does anybody have vacuum sealers that they use for preparing Indian curries ahead of time and freezing them. I am massively into meal prepping and usually get all my cooking for the week done on Sunday. But, this makes my Sundays extra busy. I would like to start cooking a liltle bit more extra and have maybe have 1 Sunday a month, designated as a "me day". That week I would just like to open vacuum frozen curries and heat them up . Question I have is it even possible for indian cuisine ? And if yes, which vacuum sealer do you recommend?
