    They both are growing in one plant and on the same branch !

    doesn't green chilli turn red when ripe ? . is it growing in red color from small?

    Yes you are right chilli turns red when old and dry. This is still growing and in the same plant few are growing in green colour and only this one is growing red. I have left it on the plant to see what happens - it still grows long or dries out. Lets see.
