Turmeric stain???

Hi all,
i moved to my new house,there i have white wash basin in kitchen.This is very difficult to maintain.On the first day i used turmeric powder for puja which got stin in my sink.i tried all method but this stain is not going.Can anyone suggest me some tips to remove this stain.

Hi,
Apply lemon juice and wash with scrapper, the stains will go off

turmeric stain on wash basin will go with bleach. for sure.
on carpet i'm not sure. as far i have heard nothing works for this stain on carpet. hope something works

i used mr. magic eraser and it worked for my kitchen counters & basin. nothing worked for carpet. i also want to know how to remove stains from carpet. do help me in this regards.

hi,

nothing will work if there a stain in the carper esp. the turmeric, even the shampooing or steam cleaning the carpet did not help. my turmeric stain is still there in the carpet.

I have used Resolve foam (carpet cleaner - in grocery store/walmart) for carpet with moderately good results. they don't completely go but they don't show up that much...
