    woww....found this thread just now. Its really motivating. I too would like to join. My problem is that i tend to eat ice cream every other day. Although i am normal weight i know this is not good for my body...So from now i will take up this challenge to say no to ice creams for a month...and who knows may be it will become a habit....:)

    Hey Meenu: That is really having a tough mind to prepare the sweet and not having it.. Kudos! But watchout, if you restrain too much now, you may end up eating more later. Moderation is the key. Finally, it is your decision how you want to keep away from sweets. Good going!

    Dear Najla, This thread is for all those who want to keep away from sugar for all its good benefits. Start with small goals. I would suggest instead of eating icecream every day, make it twice a week and see how your body responds. Total deprivation will lead to hogging later. Subsequently, you can make your goals bigger and better.

    All the Best and it will be nice if you update this thread on your efforts.

    sorry everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! for not updating here. it has really been difficult for me to deal with my craving for sweets.
    today i had chocolate and mazaa. mmmmmmmm............................yummy !!!!!!!! but now i am feeling guilty.
