    I started this challenge several times and trust me it was so hard to be consistent.

    Thank you Anusha! We just agreed to get rid of the restart requirement so now is your chance! We’ve changed it to a total of 75 days with as many breaks as you need. This is a much more realistic target considering how many roles each of us is juggling on a daily basis.

    Modify it . I failed 4 times. Due to lot of work and kids being remote. DH is helping but it is not easy as it looks. Got really sad , then realized it was not why i started.

    now last full week kept

    a. meditate - 20 min
    b. Workout - 30 mins -- 1 time only
    c. Personal career development - 30 mins


    d. water - not tracking it. consume healthy levels but not over tracking.
