    Dear Srilekha,

    Good luck with the weight loss. You are setting your expectations too high. Losing 20 kg in less than 4 months is not healthy. If you do not lose, you will get disappointed and totally give it up. So please aim to lose at the rate of 1 to 1.5 kg per month as that is healthy and will motivate you.

    Yes SGA .I need a new thread . My dear friends Pavani and Vanitha will abscond , If I dont post :).

    I have asked Vanitha to start :) . She is digging into SBD diet now . She is my darling . We were 67 kgs some point of time . If I gain she will also gain .Now together we have reached 72 :-D . Pavani will maintain a 3 kg difference with me . This did not change at all in 2013 . God so much of fun with this weight loss .

    From last 10 days doing 12 Surya namaskar daily in morning and to start morning walk from tomorrow and to follow it daily :) .Hoping to loose gained 2kg weight very early.
