    sugar free - aspartame

    :cry: it is true from what I read, that sugar free substitutes are not good for health. For some people they induce forgetfulness; for some head ache and so forth and so on. If at all one wants a sugar substitute let it be a natural one like substitutes of herbal source like stevia and other herbs. :idea:
