    all the posts have really motivated me to start my diet rigt away..
    I am gonna start rght from tomorrow onwards..
    one question..for breakfast can i take bread(oatweat) instead of oats?
    I like that better.

    Hi frnds,
    M also joing the group, I have to loose 9kgs which I acquired from pregnancy, i had started it this monday and I did exercise for 30 min, I had to stop exercise due to my periods, but M on diet, i'll check my wt this monday again, every mrng M having oats with milk, some ttime i'll have cereals, but night my dnr is strictly fruits and milk with out sugar....... and M not drinking 3L of water but M trying to, I can't do more than 30 min of exercises coz i have a 5mnth old........

    You can have breakfast according to your choice... main secret of the diet is dinner.. so be strict with dinner by having only fruits and you can have skimmed or low fat milk with that... other secret tips or drinking 3l water and exercise... all the best in your weight loss journey:thumbsup...

    hi hamsa... 30 mins exercise is ok... try to drink water which really helps to loose weight....

    I have followed this Kitchupappa's diet for about 2 months and reduced around 4 to 5 kgs. but not my tummy.Please give me tips to reduce my tummy. I am unable to reduce this even a good diet restriction.
    I still have to reduce 5 more kgs's .

    Conrgats on your weight loss... for abdomen you got to do ab crunches along with your diet... toning tummy will take some time , if you do regularly you can see good result...
