    Most important thing is to be aware of what we are doing all the time... like what we do, eat, etc., One thing which helped me for morning work out was to have light food at night. Light food like oats/fruits/vegetables/aval or poha. Also it is better to have before 8pm. This helps us to wake up early and body is more flexible.
    Try this!
