    hi.This is nice. But for me timings are different. morning 8 to evening 3.30 is one sfift and morning 8 to 1 pm and again 5.00 to 8.00 pm on the other day.
    The problem for me is only at dinner i am seeing my hubby and so i am tempted to eat more. Eventhough i am dieting during day evening i ahve to struggle.
    I ahve to reduce minimum 5 Kgs to come to my normal shape. Pls advice.
