    :ideaHi everyone,
    I am here to share some simple fitness steps which are given by Bollywood actress Mallika sherawath on tv.
    She talks about having splitted meals rateher than lump sum at one time and advices to take lots of antioxidants like lot of different types of berrys in breakfast. have cereals like oats,cornflakes,wheat,.. have nuts as nuts reduces the rate of fat from the body. Hve fruits and vegies more.
    A simple inverted exercise which we can do in the early morning. Its only lying down starightly on the floor keeping ur hands above ur head and taking ur body up with the help of hands. Ur body should be like an arc.This exercise is also very good for your back,thighs and belly to cut fats and make them slim.
    after that put down ur body straight and breath in and pull ur knees to ur chest and relaxe
    This one is very good for ur brain, hair and skin because blood in our body doesnt circulates properly to the head and its parts. Its good for a intellectual brain,beautiful hair and gorgeous skin.

    hi aameena82,
    good suggestions. are you sure that hands should be above the head while doing your exercise but i believe it would be easy to lift your head if your hands are below the head while doing the exercises. sorry if i am wrong.

    thanks for the reply yaar,sorry its not above it should be in the sides of ur head then u can lift ur body easily even ur head should be lifted like arc.
    if you are suffering from cellulite in your body then weekly thrice you can have a good cellulite body scrub to reduce your cellulite while bathing.

    hi gayathri,
    As to produce more useful information to all of u, i would like to share body scrub which is very useful in the reduction of cellulite is
    Coffee Cellulite scrub:
    •1 Cup of fresh brewed coffee grounds
    •1 Egg white
    •1 Tablespoon of olive oil or emu oil


    Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl until they are a paste. Apply the paste to the cellulite areas on your body. You can either massage the area using a gentle, circular motion and then rinse, or leave the paste in place and wrap in Saran Wrap and leave on for 5 or 10 minutes before a light massage and rinse. Repeat 3 times a week.
    Be sure that u do any of the exercises like walking,jogging,cycling or skipping atleast for a 15 to 20 mins daily for best results with a diet control.

    And in future i will tell about water treatment for weight loss

    hi akj,
    no yaar, cellulite is formed by watery substance which is very hard like fat. However it is like fat but more stubborn than fat.As if u exercise or do hard work u have chances to reduce fat but no chances to reduce cellulite.
    It is caused by the blood stream containing more amount of water than blood. It is mainly said as edema.
