Hello, I am never regular in doing exercise.Will do it for 1 week or so and will get bore.I read one book and the author has specified following method to do exercise.My friend was following this and she has seen good results.Even when she was on one month vacation in India without any exercise there was very little weight gain. Author's method for weight loss--- Start with stretching exercise Cardio exercise like treadmill,exercise cycle,exercise bike,etc. for just 5 mins. Floor/free hand with/without weights exercise Then again cardio exercise for 5 mins Floor/free hand with/without weights exercise Stretching exercise And compulsory Shavasan. I had followed this only for one week and can't say how much i loss.But i use to sweat more compare to just 20-25 mins of cycling and use to feel fresh whole day. (Floor/free hand exercise---one day upper body and one day lower body) Do this exercises on 5 days,6th day only cardio for 15-20 mins and 7th day rest.
