precautions to take for jillian michaels 30day shred

    Hi Ladies,

    Plz help me out.. What are the precautions we have to take while doing jillian michaels 30day shred?? I used to do yoga, now I'm planning to begin this excercise.. I want to get suggestions from the ladies who are doing this so that i can prevent injuries..

    Which one is best for beginners like me..LS walk or jillian michaels ???

    If you are overweight, then start with ls and move to jillian michaels. if you have health issues, than take it slow.

    Thank u Shanvy.. I gained weight due to thyroid :( i have to reduce atlst 8kgs.. I did LS 2mile walk one week before.. It was very easy for me.. Will it reduce weight??

    well i lost all my weight with leslie walks alone since anything strenuous is not good for me.

    Wear proper shoes while doing it
    If doing first time .. you can do it with less repetition
    Dont try to do it with high intensity from first day
    Stop if u get any pain
    Its ok if you cant complete doing all workout for first few days
    Do warm up and cool down even if you cant finish full workout
