Please share a diet recipe using quaker oats grits

    Hi friends,

    What recipe can be quickly make with oats grits. As i dont know how to use this please share your quick recipe. Im planning to include oats in my regular meal :thumbsup

    You've mentioned 2 of my favorite cereals: oatmeal, and grits!

    Oatmeal can be flavored with cinnamon, cardamon, or anything else that you like. To make it healthier, try not to add sugar or milk.

    Grits is another delicacy, but it is made with a generous amount of butter, and hence, not the best diet food! Our recipe is similar to the listed recipe on the canister, but we boil butter with the water. We eat it with (turkey) bacon, sausage, fried fish, or pretty much anything else. It's a staple in southern cooking!
