Plank Challenge

    ❓Is your core feeling stronger yet from your plank challenge this week?!

    I have a neat tip for you that’ll help you choose the right plank based on your GOALS!

    ☝️If you’re looking for optimal core strength, do your plank with your weight supported on your elbows, since the angle works your core more.

    ✌️And if you’re looking to increase the amount of time you can hold a plank and strengthen your shoulders a little more, do the plank with straight arms, since the steeper incline takes some pressure off your core.

    Whichever version you do, if it feels too challenging you can drop to your knees and continue to work on your muscular endurance (just make sure to BREATHE!).
