    Homemade pizza.... Drooling here. My most fav food is pizza.( my weakness too). Hope you enjoyed pizza.

    My today diet:

    early mrg n nite - warm water with cinnamon n honey
    mrg - oats
    early mrg - juicy orange
    lunch- 2 phulka with potato curry
    eve- 1 boiled egg( I heard I should avoid yolk ,but I hesitate to waste it)
    dinner- 1 bowl atta veg noodles

    exercise:
    LS 4 mile fast walk
    20 min floor exercise

    * started to drink hot water
    * no sugar
    * no soda

    very healthy version of homemade pizza from scratch used multigrain flour instead of plain flour used yoghurt instead of tomato sauce ,dry roasted the mutton with only 1 tsp of oil , used loads of veggies like beetroot,carrot ,onions, celery and topped with lite cheese slice .

    if you enjoy pizza try homemade pizza i made it within 15 mins ...

    actually you are allowed to eat 2 eggs a day i eat everyday 2 eggs and i still lose weight it is a myth that you should avoid yellow ...you do it only if you have high cholesterol

    Breakfast - 2 slices of bread, 1 cup coffee
    Snack - 4 oz green tea
    Lunch - spinach dal rice, cucumber raitha
    snack - 1 small orange, 1/2 big apple, 4oz green tea
    dinner - spinach dal rice, cucumber raitha (repeat :-(), 1 small burfi, 1/2 cup coffee

    1 mile walk

    6 nov update

    I was doing quite good yesterday until evening.

    Morning
    tea 1 cup
    BF - Dalia upuma with coriander chutney 1 cup
    Afternoon - sambhar rice with curd
    Evening - Fruit salad with icecream:bonk
    Night - rava dosa -3 nos with tomato chutney:eek:mg:

    water - 2 lts
    Exercise- walking for 15 mins

    2mile walk

    2 cups coffee, 1.5 roti with little veg, 2 sandwiches with raitha (cleaning up leftovers, so weird combinations), Maggi, 1 dosa :-(
    pretty much junk day...

    Hi all,

    Had been away from Internet for some days. Not able to update since we are shifting from east to west coast. Started packing and cleaning. Got little busy.

    My updates for Nov 8:

    Food:
    Bfast - Strawberry cookies, bournvita
    Lunch - Rasam rice
    Snacks - Coffee
    Dinner - 2 slices of brown bread and milk

    Exercise - Nil
    Water - 7 glasses

    Will try to be consistent from Monday as hubby is moving out of town tomorrow and would be little busy.
