    • Daily 1 hour workout
    • Healthy eating habits
    • 2 litres water
    • One cheat day

    Evening apple
    Dinner - 2 Ragi dosa and sambar
    Workout - Swimming for 1 hour

    Breakfast- Avakado milkshake
    Mid morning - persimmon fruit
    Lunch - oats with rasam and beetroot
    Dinner will update tomo
    Workout - 1 hour freestyle workout and 30 mins walking

    Dinner 2.5 ragi idli and coconut chutney with half cup tea

    Breakfast - 1 idli, 1 pears and tea
    Snack - a bowl of grapes and persimmon fruit
    Lunch - 2 tbsp of Jeera rice and half chapthi roll with veggies
    1 piece of small chocolate
    Dinner will post Tomo
    Workout- 30 mins freestyle workout and 45 mins walking
