Is there any way to copy and paste things here from iPhone apps? Things like runkeeper(where we track runs), myfitnesspal(where we track food), endomondo etc. I am really having a tough time writing everything I eat here but I track it on MFP. It would be great if I can get that information in the buddies thread. Similarly for exercises.

Hi Laks, Unfortunately, there isn't a custom-way to copy paste from an iphone app to a thread here. If the app allows you to copy your content, you can access Indusladies in a mobile phone and paste it. That is the only one I can think of, but most apps are structured in a way, there isn't a easy way to copy from it.

Thank you for responding Malathy. I already tried copy pasting but that didn't work. I'm going to see if I can access the data on the apps website and copy paste from there. Thanks!
